Mohammad Anas

A Healthcare Architect with over 6 years of experience in the planning and design of hospitals, medical centers, and specialized healthcare facilities. I completed my Bachelor of Architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia (2015–2020), building a strong academic foundation in design, planning, and technical execution. I began my professional career in India, where I worked on a wide range of healthcare projects until mid-2024. I then moved to Dubai, continuing my work in the healthcare sector and gaining exposure to regional standards and workflows. My expertise lies in Revit and BIM-based project delivery, healthcare functional planning, and evidence-based design. I have a strong understanding of international healthcare standards and regulatory frameworks, including NABH, IPHS, NMC, INC, JCI, UAE MoHAP, DHA, FGI, and HTM guidelines. I have contributed to projects across various healthcare typologies—from clinics and medical centers to large-scale hospital developments—ensuring design quality and regulatory compliance. My approach focuses on creating efficient, compliant, and future-ready healthcare environments that support both patient outcomes and operational performance.
